There was a time when there were over 10,000 telephone answering services in the United States. Named after the founder, this business was started in 1979 by Billie Clarke, a woman who valued professionalism and no-nonsense leadership. We purchased BCAS in December 2010 and are proud to say we live by the motto, “Billie Clarke’s is the ‘1’” for answering services. Known for providing high quality support and technology from one US coastline to the other, all BCAS staff are trained to be an extension of your business and prioritize treating your clients as if they were our own.

Answer Page and Messaging began in 1987 primarily as a paging company by Bill Anderberg. As the need for answering services quickly evolved, so did their offered services and excellent customer experience. AP&M’s positive reputation allowed the company to thrive, leading to our purchase in March 2014. Executive Answering Services started in the 1970s with Lucille Keach specializing in making your business her business. Her motto, “we are your office,” was taught and practiced within company walls. We purchased EAS in September 2020 and committed to investing in best of class equipment and quality staff training.
